Going through the rift has made Regulus' powers more focused which makes him able to use wandless and nonverbal magic when he couldn't before and magic through his wand is a bit more powerful.

Appearance: He's short, thin, dark hair that looks black in some lights and dark brown in others. His eyes are grey and his skin is very pale. He's a little on the short side.
Personality: He tries to come off as being better than everyone and all knowing, but he's really insecure and unsure of himself which comes out when he's caught off guard. He tends to make really lame jokes and is eager to please.
History: As the youngest Black Member, Regulus has lived under the oppressive and very abusive thumb of his controlling and rather psychotic mother. His only form of defense was bending to her will when he had no support from his father who is always away on business and too afraid to go to his older brother for help. Starting Hogwarts was a good time for him when he got into the Slytherin house and quickly made friends. His academics were excellent and his social life was rather bland but not unenjoyable.
